Structural Breadth

The addition of solar panels on the upper roof and a green roof on the lower roof will add dead load to the building. This will put additional weight on the steel structure. An analysis will be done to determine if any changes are required to be done on the structural system.

Proposal 1/16/2018

Acoustical Breadth

An analysis of the acoustical performance of the typical art classrooms located on the lower level of the building will be performed. After determining the existing STC values, new calculations will be performed incorporating new acoustical design elements.
